Listing standards
Clear, lawful, transferable businesses.
These rules protect a useful marketplace without turning it into a brokerage.
Eligible listings
Digital businesses and transferable online assets with an asking price from $1 to $50,000. Categories include SaaS and AI, websites, ecommerce, digital products, newsletters, and repeatable online services.
Account qualification
Account-email verification and automated risk checks help qualify marketplace users and reduce spam or abuse. Anyone may browse, while a qualified account is required to contact sellers or submit a business.
Business qualification
Before publication, the account holder must attest that the offered assets are transferable and demonstrate control of the business website or primary asset. Depending on the business, that may use a domain-based email, DNS or website record, or other appropriate evidence.
Seller-reported information
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, revenue, expenses, workload, traffic, and other operational information are seller reported. They are not independently audited, valued, guaranteed, or endorsed by the marketplace.
Further review
Automated checks handle ordinary qualification, completeness, duplicate content, prohibited language, and inquiry limits. If an account or listing is flagged, we notify the account holder and place it into further review before allowing the affected activity to continue.
Not permitted
Illegal goods or services, weapons, adult content, securities offerings, counterfeit goods, misleading earnings claims, undisclosed affiliate schemes, nontransferable accounts presented as transferable, or listings that primarily sell personal data.
Removal
The marketplace may request corrections, pause a listing after credible complaints, or remove accounts, listings, or activity that violate these standards.
